The development of the Wind Power Plant Tolo 2 will be carried out in 5 villages, namely Bungungloe Village, Maccini Baji Village, Camba-Camba Village, Kaluku Village, and Kalumpang Village. The wind speed at the proposed wind power plant building location is between 5 to 8 m/s, which is ideal for wind power plant operation. Wind Power Plant Tolo 2 has a capacity of up to 72MW. The electricity generated by the Wind Power Plant Tolo 2 will be purchased by PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). The development of Wind Power Plant Tolo 2 is promising business. This is supported by the government's policy to expand the quota for PLTB development in South Sulawesi and enhance the percentage of renewable energy in the energy mix. In South Sulawesi, there is a 130MW quota for wind power plant development until 2025. In addition, the Indonesian government has set a target for renewable energy to account for 23% of the energy mix in 2030 and 31% in 2050. Revenue is predicted to revert to normal in the 15th year, based on an estimate of 9,360 MWH/month from Wind Power Plant Tolo 2 and an assumption of an electricity price of USD 0.10/kwh. The construction of the PLTB is estimated to take about 3.5 years which includes the construction of Wind Turbine Generator, construction of access roads, construction of energy storage battery systems and construction of Wind Power Plant supporting facilities

Project Name and Description Project Waste-to-Energy is an Australian waste to energy company that has developed a process for producing high value renewable energy products from waste materials that were previously destined for landfill (“the process”). The synthesis gas (“syngas”) produced by the process can be used to make electricity, hydrogen, ammonia, biofuels and other fuels / chemicals. The process applies proven gasification techniques with a new reactor configuration, which eliminates the need for extensive feedstock pre-treatment thereby enables smaller scale energy from waste projects to be economically viable. The process is carbon negative reducing net greenhouse gas emissions to the atmosphere and has the potential to be one of the lowest cost methods of producing renewable hydrogen. Connectivity has been a challenge within the Subic Special Economic Freeport Zone (SSEFZ). 
 
Description: The proposed bridge spanning approximately 6.4 kilometers will be connecting the Subic Port District and the Redondo Peninsula, thereby expanding development across the bay.

Zamboanga City Special Economic Zone Authority (ZAMBOECOZONE) (Philippines) Project topicSan Ramon Newport Project

The ZAMBOECOZONE San Ramon Newport is a greenfield port development envisioned to serve the growing agro-industrial Zamboanga Peninsula. The facility aims to service not only the existing industries in Zamboanga City, but develop into a transshipment hub, linking the BIMP-EAGA to further parts of Oceania, as it directly faces the expansive Sulu Sea. Initial traffic is expected to come from the spill-over of cargo traffic from the Zamboanga Base Port, primarily the sardine canning factories proximate to the location, It can also handle cargo within the Zamboanga Peninsula and neighboring provinces headed to major shipping ports in the country and abroad. The 580 meter total berth length is estimated to accommodate New Panamax-sized vessels of up to 7000 TEUs. The site is also naturally deep, which allows the passage of such vessels without the need for frequent dredging to maintain its depth. The site also does not experience frequent storms, and the proposed floating breakwater would be sufficient to protect the docked vessels in case of bad weather. This project has been identified by the Regional Development Council IX as one of its priority projects, and is expected to not only create more employment, but increase its current economic activities and develop more opportunities for the region. The nominal project cost is estimated at Php 11.57 billion (as of 2019), or US$ 207 million.

Based on (1) past existence, (2) technical and construction, (3) road and traffic engineering, (4) environment and safety, (5) socio-economic condition, and (6) economics/financial assesment, this project was deemed possible to accomplish. The South Coastal Toll Road's construction is expected to have impact on community employment and create new job opportunities, particularly in the surrounding area.

Alcântara Port Terminal (TPA) and Maranhão Railroad (EF-317) A development that will maximize the logistics efficiency of the North-South Railroad (FNS) in Brazil Alcantara Port Terminal (TPA) consists of a deep-water port dedicated to iron ore and grain with a capacity of up to 360 Mtpa, with a 520 km rail link (EF-317) between Alcantara and FNS in Açailândia The use of the Açailândia - Alcantara railway will concentrate iron ore and grains cargo allowing the exponential growth in rail cargo transport to 100 Mtpa of iron ore and 40 Mtpa of grains for the TPA of the extra demand foreseen for 2030 The terminal will be implemented in an area of 12 million m2 referring to the adhesion contract signed with the Union for a period of 25 years, renewable for equal periods without the need for a grant. The sea front has the capacity to install up to 8 berths each 405 meters long and 25 meters deep, regardless of the tide, all of them able to receive ships up to 450,000 tons and with a maximum current velocity of 2 m/s.
